R&D head always reminded me of the mad king Mohammad Bin Tughlaq. Unnecessary shifting of lab instruments from here to there in regular basis for manpower engagement (i.e Mad King shifted his capital from Delhi to Daulatabad). Very poor behavior with resigned employee. You will have to pay out notice period time after resignation. They will accept the amount by cheque shamelessly. But you will not get mediclaim even after having accident during serving notice period.

Poor management system no HR policies. R&D head decides all policies. He make his own policy and when everything is going fine then he drop his own idea because of his always changing behaviour. So he never into the achieving goal but like to beat around bush.
