I was promised a team when I was hired as the senior sales manager. After I joined, it was entirely the opposite. I had to use one form of transportation to do cold calling, field work, and marketing (no fuel money reimbursed). They demand sales with no outlay of funds. Their offering, a business analyst course, is useless to applicants. They won't gain any knowledge from it. More effective than their course are free videos. Only three students who are working or friends have taken this course in the past year. Work ethics, knowledge, and communication abilities are non-existent in this company. This includes the so-called HR and Account teams, who have no idea how to communicate with the staff. Don't trust on Google reviews, those reviews are from their kith and kin. While waiting for the FnF, they remember to deduct all sorts of PF, GF, and AF so as to give the minimum amount. Mine almost 35k was deducted. They stop listening after you leave the company. Do not rely on reviews found on Google.

In this office , political dynamics are overshadow the productivity overall team cohesion lacks of the greatness . Additionally , the leaderships overbearing the confidence often hinders rather than helps. Further more , both the boss and HR are among the worst aspects of this company , contributing to a toxic work culture.

The whole company, One of the worst place to work , MD Mr Anand he support only females (I think u got me ) in the office and they judge you for no reason ,no support for your work and castism is at its peak in this office.never join here if you get a call . And HR ROHINI i don't know where did she got her college degree... she is such a useless black sheep 🐏🐑😂. So don't join her

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
