1.The management of this company is the worst 2.Better use on Tamil people, worst use on people from outside states 3. There is a lot of politics in this company 4.They will speak well when needed And when the need is satisfied, they will use it very badly 5.Their lodging and food system is also the worst There are many more such stories that cannot be finished telling

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
