Working culture is okay.

Dislikes

Despite performing your 💯 they choose to ignore the efforts of the employees. There is no salary benefits. There is no appraisal/ increment. They expect you to perform continuously without acknowledging the efforts and Hard work of the employees. It's just not worth of putting all the time, hardwork and efforts by employees. Top managers are extremely bad in behaviour. They just try to make excuses and try their best to de moralise employees.

There is no structure. You only report to your manager as per their convenience. There is no HR (top management fired them - 2 lead HRs were fired). There is no technical bounds when it comes to installation of software in your laptop (almost everyone has the admin password). You can take very long breaks when you come to office (go for 1-hour long lunches). There is an office speaker on which you can play songs (Everybody listens to however bad songs one plays). There are regular fun activities arranged (although they are seldom fun, associate HR forces people to have fun). The hikes are good (north of 20% each year, although prepare to get fired any minute). You can gossip about things all day long (only way you can spend 9 hour in that environment).

Here we go: The company is in existence for more than 13 years. And hasn't been able to reach a headcount of 100 employees. The management doesn't/can't scale their business. It is losing clients left and right. No client retention, poor client acquisition. Lack of professionalism, and in absence of a proper HR, all things are conveyed through director of sales (I know right?). There is no structure. Everything is all over the place. No hierarchies, no proper infrastructure. They provide you used bags, and used laptops. (I know right? used bags.) None of which is in a clean condition. The office is cramped up. When there are lesser people working from office, one can see the gloominess the space has. (It is basically 2 big shops poorly combined). There is no enough infrastructure in the office. They do not give mouse or external monitors. Hell, their internet is very poor. Employees have been retained by giving large sums of money. And are fired when they are in shortage of it. No proper fund management by senior folks. Employees are forced to participate in fun activities, which are on most cases very cringe. The office has a very sad corner which they call the pantry table which has nothing but a very bad coffee and a jar of sugar. Biggest one, THERE IS NO UPSKILLING SESSIONS HELD. KNOWLEDGE SHARING IS NOT A THINK AT ALL. They will organise fun fridays but hell will break loose if they will do something productive.

#Top management is sorted in their head regarding vision and where to take the company. #Recently shifted to a bigger office, superb job. They took our suggestions seriously and incorporated them. #New projects coming in from abroad interesting to work.

Pantry was an issue earlier which now got resolved with the big office Lack of training and skill development activities is definitely there.

Projects are good, team is experienced so the overall atmosphere is helpful and not toxic like big conglomerates. Its been 2.3 years of me working here and I did face the pressure of work but not a bad working atmosphere.
