Narc Consulting is a good company for substation designing and i learned lots of things regarding engineering. They have given a good engineering platform for growth.

Dislikes

There were getting delayed salary, but now i am hearing salary is paid on time and management is strict about rules & regulations.

...ee not to take money and they actually don't give money.Always harassing people.They kept salary from so many employees including me and it is not less it's huge.So don't ever join Narc it's fake

Only job security and exposure of work. Work culture- not good Company policies- no policy everday policy changed.

Future growth is less No perks and benifit. Leave is very less Work life balance is bad.

1.N-arc staff is good. 2. CMD sir behavior is too good. 3.He is devotee person and coperative and faviourable to all staff.

1. VERY Poor management for Exit or termination policies without any intimation terminate to any site staff.

I see no positive aspects in company, except the fact it gives exposure to freshers in coporate world, nothing good for experienced person

No motivation, monotonous work, target based career growth, no benefits, team mates dont talk to teach other even in lunch time, Bitching by senioe
