As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firms growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day metrics and operations, including quality auditing of HR data, updating weekly and monthly reports, and driving operational excellence.
Possess a strong foundational knowledge of HR functions and concepts.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle within the designated Service Line.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Lead or participate in special projects aimed at strategically developing and implementing HR solutions for different Service Lines.

Energetic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of HR processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skilled in effectively managing time.
Self-motivated and confident, with a high level of energy, strong analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
Ideally you should also have
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, complemented by proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in data analytics with a strong technical background and advanced expertise in MS-Excel. Skilled in number crunching, data visualization, interpretation, and analysis, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Familiarity with the latest data analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in data analysis processes.
