Apptium has a fun-filled work culture and work life balance is pretty good. As long as you do your job you are good, no micro managing which is good. I think it my because of my manager.

Nothing to be liked about, except 1 or 2 good colleague (based on your luck) who may use common sense, unlike the rest who don't have a clue about it and claim authority. Look for a better job elsewhere without second thoughts.

Basic facilities are not available like proper food court or parking bay. There is WFH option, but will not be allowed to use it. There is no process, and if one tries to implement a process, it won't be followed from the management itself. One will be pushed and rushed to get things done through assumption and imagination, as there will be no proper documentation on requirements.
