Opportunity to learn e2e application business usecases. Supportive team members and friendly culture. Good work environment, evening snacks, good cafeteria

There is no scope for application team members to work with latest technologies, especially backend people will suffer a lot. no learning curve here, you will be doing same thing again and again. You have to perform extraordinary to get promotion or good salary hike
