...nd so called ceo even if they are wrong and agree to their words no matter what. They will not give the salary and scam employees. Everyone are playing mind games, just to be safe and put everything on employees whenever it comes to them. They may be happy today by doing this, but there's a beautiful saying What goes around, comes around. We cannot escape from this.

Nothing, Politcs are there. manager dont know a shit. They will create pressure to do 3 months job in 15 days. Starting they will we are good company and so on but at last they will fire you.

The company ceo is gentle man but due to some internal politics the culture is getting damaged. The technical manager hs no technical knowledge just for the name sake he is senior technical manager. The project managers just act like a medium between client and employees. There is no decency or work ethics. Once it is on there head it will be pushed on employees. On safer side few group of people making the office a political place due to backbitching. No benifits to employees as in health insurance, can facilities, canteen and other other benifits. Management should also think about employees.

Dislikes

Overall its is not balanced work place. Employees were forced to travel to office even during covid times. And there is no proper interaction of hr team with employees. Project manager should be considered themselves and should not be involved in politics.
