...s working on client side they ignore until resources are released from client .No bonus, no any special allowance on special occasions.

If you are jobless then it is good to get some work for experience. If you are not so good in technical skills you can work here. You can learn and work here. It is good for people living in Maharashtra. They don't have to spend money for flat and food. This company is also good for Odisha students. Most of the employees are from Odisha. You can talk in Odia language if from Odisha and in Marathi if from Maharashtra with the same kind of people.

-Very less salary -Work Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Sat holiday) -Freshers are not paid well(if fresher has got 4 LPA then he will get apprx 14k-15k during his probation period) -Many employees working here in 2 - 3 LPA as Manual testers, IT support and Production support. -Company has bonds of 2 years. You have to give compensation of 1 year salary if you leave in bond period. -Probation period is till 6 months and can be extended for few more months(Most of the time probation is extended for few months) -No Holiday till probation period. -Probation will get extended if taken holiday for any kind of work. -No Welcome Kit provided -Laptop provided here is very cheap quality and lags most of the time. -No Welcome party -No feeling of achievement after joining company - Water problem -Small Canteen(gets crowded during lunch hours) -Very bad Management -No Reimbursement (If provided then very less in some cases) -No food facility(you have to manage your lunch/Avail tiffin facility). -No job security(You can get fired anytime if performance is not good). -Very less salary growth(people working with starting salary 2lpa can get 4lpa in 2-3yrs, employees with 4-5 LPA can get upto 8 LPA in 2-3 years.

Nothing. Its a worst company.

Dislikes

1- Leave issues. 2- Micro managing. 3- No job Security. 4- Poor Salary and Increment. 5- Poor work life balance. 6- Only alternate Saturday weekoff. 7- Less holidays. 8- Poor employees support. 9- Credibility stealing. 10- Terminate without giving reasons.

...years and for experience person 1 years bond is compalsory. Bond is like a trap. Because once you join and find out reality about company then you can't resign otherwise you have to pay 1 years salary compansation for fresher and 3 month salary for experiance. Company timing is (Monday to Saturday -> 2nd and 4th Saturday is off) 9.30 to 7.30 but mostly it could extend till 7 to 8 PM. Mangers do micromanagement of employees. They told employees to write entry and exit time daily and it is mandatory to complete 9 hr of working. They call for work on weekends and don't even pay OT or give comp off. After writing all the above things. I request you to don't join this company otherwise you get into the rat trap.

Dislikes

Management never address our issues and extras for overwork. There is bond of 3months notice period, in which you can't take the leave or use your existing compoff's. If taken leave somehow then notice period will be extended.
