No proper onboarding, No proper Training, No Job security, No employee retention program (if no project for one domain then they don't move you to other domain), No Learnings, no future vision by higher management folks, No domain knowledge, No proper communication channel

There's nothing that i like about Apexon. It's the most unethical work place I've ever seen

...e internal politics. The gimmick they use to make people join. The dishonesty. The unbelievable salary break up!😂 The micro-management. And the list goes on....

It does not have many clients just one major is Goldman Sachs and they call to office all 5 days and there's a discrimination between contingents and employers on the client side.

No job security - no project you are fired ( they don't absorb you in other projects) which can lead to spoiling your entire career if you join the company and you are not lucky enough about projects, no proper pay based on designation given, no initial or skill development trainings, no proper communications by HRs and management, not many people within the company are supportive. Interal politics among different locations management.
