They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

If you are not assigned to any project wmg team will relieve you with out any notification. Also wmg team will not communicate properly and expect us to communicate. Even if we communicate they bounce us between team. Secondly they are ready to hire new employee for a project but not ready to put existing employee in that. Incrementis very poor . After infostretch merged with apexon. It was all downhill from there. I have no clue how they make the "best place to work" list with the current state. No work life balance, working 12 hours is considered normal here now.

No job security at all. Once you on bench you can get fired in two months if you don't get project. Very limited client. You will feel isolated because no mingling culture. No Job security , Only Non Technical employee will have job security. Technical Employee will throw from the company after one year or two years. you have to do your task and your manager/ Lead work otherwise they will not give promotions/ salary hike.

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees

Almost completing 3 years. Lot of name change to the company. Was feeling the transition phase one year. Again entity change. Document submission etc etc. But happy everything done online and videos are shared if weiss any meeting

Here culture is very bad except salary you will not get anything, just just need slqve who can work sat sun and upto 11 pm, if you want to spoil your career then you can join, i had joined infostretch and letter it got merged into apexon and apexon is one of the worst company. Lots of politics in higher managemeng and manager too.

No work life bakance, no salary hike, bad infrastructure, bad management , client is very worst and humliate people all time, except salary you will not get anything.

RPA team management not good. Better with RPA uipath team management. Who is the leader of RPA that old fellow manipulated and corrupted all the team members.
