They pay a salary at par with market standard. Infact for some cases the payment is above market standard. The mediclaim benifit is pretty awesome, Infact one of the best in the market.

Dislikes

1. They have hired all the top performers from the market and put them in the management bench. There is a massive difference between management skills and production skills. I personally felt like being managed by a bunch of farmers! 2. Zero work life balance, people here work on an average 14 to 16 hours shift. 3. Huge racism, the south indians have their seperate lobby, the North Indians have a different lobby. 4. Overworking and hard workers are glorified. Much like a labour class mentality. People in mid management brag about how they have come from poor families and have made their way up by hard work. They won't train you mentioning they didn't get proper training when they joined and expect you to go through the hardships of self learning! I have heard open comments on the floor where just because an associate drives an expensive car to office the managers get jealous, mentioning that even after working so hard we don't have a fancy car and these young brats are having the time of their life. The floor is full of these uncles coming from mediocre families and expecting others to go through the life struggles they have been through. Oh and did I mention weekend working? 5. The office doesn't even give you tissues to wipe! Mentioning it to be a cost saving initiative. The floor AC is kept off for energy saving and you have 3 urinals in the women's washroom for a floor strength of 80 odd women! 6. No interaction with senior management. Infact during town halls people are discouraged to ask questions. 7. If you speak up your team will be changed. 8. Layoffs, Apex group has already layed off around 170 employees without any specific reason whatsoever. 9. Don't trust me , check out the LinkedIn profile of any senior / mid management here in Apex, you will notice this is the only organisation in which they have received promotion / career growth. And most of them come from small companies whose ratings are equivalent to that of Apex! 10. There is literally no HR! The director is all in all, walking around like a boss with pan masala in his mouth! Complete trash!

Too much unnecessary job banding with same rols and responsibilities, Lack of growth , the position title does not justify the roles and responsibilities you are given with, no managerial growth, poor HR, lack of good policies , more process centric organization and very less people centric. Your experience entirely depends on the team you are in and the Business counterparts/clients you handle and that varies so are the work satisfaction and work life balance.

Dislikes

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect. You have to figure out your own way. Market says companies are not Hiring Apex employees. Have to keep on begging to even get the transport allowance, which is included in your CTC. Bonus is like peanut. Job Security- phew and your job is gone.

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... There are some people who keep an eye on everyone and inform their masters.. this is the only thing that they are goood at. Boot lic*ing

...ement promotes log sitting. Month ends employees are working 13 hours in a day. No extar pay for overtime, extra sitting even in month ends which is more unethical. No appreciation for hard work from management.
