I was hired by an excellent team when the company was still at its growing stage. People then were highly professional, considerate, matured and sensible. As the company started growing in India sudden decisions were made to change the people at the top (in fact topmost for India) which is alright if it ensured better growth and reputation building for the org. My overall exp rating is purely based on my initial days at the company.

...lave. At the time of joining the hike is fancy but once you join you are doomed. No decent hike, no decent bonus (purely because of the incapability of the TOPMOST person in the ladder to push for his teams), no transport allowance (its like govt schemes - its a part of your ration card but you are not eligible to get it), no learning and development, no training programs for betterment, no proper structure in the process, HR team is highly inaccessible (the HR Head lady is the best 'yes boss yes boss' kind of person. She is very rude and never has any conversations with any employee until they resign. She is the most unfit person for that role) and no work life balance. We are happy to sacrifice our time and invest our knowledge in the betterment of the company but in return we also expect decent hikes (HR team doesnt even give us the rationale behind the poor hikes despite being top raters) and development. There's no IJP, there's no cross functional training/movement. The SOLE reason for all this is hiring some incapable leaders at the top without even analysing their capacity. Head of India, Head of HR, Head of FR - all are a total waste. I sincerely wish they change their approach towards their people and make drastic changes in the benefits of the people otherwise just like how they quickly grew, they will see their downfall too. People micro manage, push it to their 1 or 2 downs but can never say a NO to their leaders. The culture of 'doing whatever the boss says' must stop and should be approached with better rationale. Leaders of the initial days of my career in Apex made me stay until the time I did, otherwise I wouldve left long back. I hope the people deciding to join Apex re-considers their decision.

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... There are some people who keep an eye on everyone and inform their masters.. this is the only thing that they are goood at. Boot lic*ing

I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

...n create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.
