Instead of providing opportunities for industry development, these policies are creating unnecessary workload for HR teams. Leave policy is very bad for outer Hyderabad staff, you have CL,SL and EL but you can apply only one type of leave, you can't mixed two types of leave Reference culture in company is very bad thing, if you have relation with higher level staff you get promotion, increment very quickly otherwise very difficult

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....
