Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is a lot of work and Management doesn't address our issues on the job training is not given to new joiners.

The working environment in this company is very good...Incentives will be given on time..For the people who want to start your career will be good in this company...You can have opportunities to learn..The job security is fine..

Salary hikes..will be less when compared to others...But the incentives are good..

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.

People wishing at Aparna is only for necessity like me and if opportunity come. We all will come out of this company.

1. No worklife balance 2. Internal group politics(mainly two communities) 3. If you are employe also you didn't get proper response from HR dept. 4. No holidays in site.(Even national holiday's also).
