Don't expect any Appraisal and Bonus what they give are as good as we can say NOTHING.. Promotions will be done after completing 3yrs or above

...o doesn't have a life, works round the clock, neglects health and personal life. On top of that, compensation isn't all that competitive either. Managers take out their personal grudges on you during appraisals, and notice period- which is frustrating. Wouldn't recommend joining, unless there are serious changes made in the company.

I spent close to 6 years at AON Hewitt and grew up to a Benefits Manager role. This period in my professional life was the most satisfying and most enriching experience in terms of learning and exposure, I often feel like going back if given a right opportunity.

...rganisation gives more focus on Learning and development of their colleagues. 2 -Compensation is also good as compared to other organizations and have a good work life balance. 3 - No issues for leaves or work from home, very flexible with shift timings and is fantastic organization for girls/women. 4 - Very good in terms of Team outing.

Dislikes

1 - Job Security is a big issue because you never know by when your business/Process would be sold out. 2 - Growth - Since there are no new transitions and processes are not growing , there are very less opportunities for growth. 3 - No-Poching - Almost with all the companies, it has no-poch, so you might not get job at some other organization because all of them are their client. Also Notice period here is not negotiable. You have to spend entire notice period. (30 days, 60days, 90 days

...ing that keeps you going. Otherwise everything is just terrible in this company. The pay is low, mostly seniors treat juniors with disrespect. Alot of corporate politics. No work life balance.

Except work everything else is terrible. Job security, appraisals, politics are worst. Work environment is extremely bad.
