Its a good organization though the upper management could be better in terms of providing opportunity to employee and also not oppressing their views and ideas.

Likes

Initial salary which they offer is higher than other companies.

Dislikes

New hires are not given equal opportunities and relaxation unlike the older ones. Partial treatment towards new employees. This shows in appraisal and promotion as well.

Work life balance. Transport provided on pre defined routes.

...e very end and there were guys who were asked to leave within months of joining. They provided compensation based on number of years spent in the company and clearly folks who spent less time in company did not get enough compensation.

Likes

My overall experience at the company was satisfactory. You will get chance to work on almost recent (but not the latest) technologies and also depends on project-wise. The most important thing i like that there is very less politics and great team culture and happening environment at the office premises. But you can maintain good work-life balance during your tenure. Good learning opportunities though in-house training programs.

Dislikes

No doubts, compensation is good, but growth is slow and leadership decisions are not fruitful for employees sometimes. On-site opportunities are almost zero.

No Comment , very good organisation. Decision of outsource hurt the employees and all are missing this awesome organisation
