Dislikes

A very infamous employer particularly for mid to senior level employees. Attrition is extremely high (30 senior managers and above left or were asked to leave in last 3 years). Full and final settlement of quite a few are still pending of over a year on frivolous grounds. The organisation is run at the whims of the MD. A crooked consultant by the name of Badri Agarwal was the main disrupter. Entire matter was coordinated by the CHRO who is highly skilled in politics and overpaid for that. Last place I would recommend for a job.

I have learned marketing and selling experience. Work environment is not good but average. When you are fresher your career growth is balanced. My teammates are good.

In this company salary increments is very low. Your working life is average balanced.

There is no significant likings about the company. The employees including the MD are good except Ms. Sagarika Mullick, HR head who is venomous.

Dislikes

The language, behavior of Sagarika Mullick, HR head is insane. She always talks loose and always try to humiliate others. She is complicated. Always talks bad about the company in front of others but in front of MD her language changes. Try to avoid the horrible HR head because she don't know to talk professionally.

Anmol is a very big company which is well known all over India.

Communication Gap between the management & sale's team.Senior keep the big sales in their hand from sales man area and force them to give the sales which is impossible without godown.Hr response is very bad.If your sales is good then they replied to your call otherwise they won't reply.Their response is very bad.

Some employees are capable and good to contribute .Good for fee months to work

Extremely incompetent management and leadership, Poor product quality , huge market complaint, poor policies and mind set., Hire and fire, huge attrition of employees , Worst HR
