Company core values , incentive structure, training , incentive drives ,offsite and lots of learnings. Good connections ,you really meet good people as your client and help you network in future. Celebrations in office . Overall I loved it. Achieve targets you are too good and dont achieve you will be trained and insulted sarcastically in branch hurdle. But as a organisation it is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is good . But when it's comes to sales pressure will be there. You have to work 11hrs some days . Managers do not value if you don't have any application for the day .

Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

Dislikes

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.
