Software tools aren't up to the mark, and this is the greatest factor that generates frustration because in spite of this, there is no leniency in work.

Great people. Good work life balance, job security. Decent yearly Appraisal and Bonus. If you are in right team, you can stay for years without any problem. Free cabs as well.

Career growth learning wise can be slow as they are slow in process making. Promotions can be slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The main thing is every employee is job security. If there is any pendamic situation then it doesn't mean you fired all contractors without any compensation. Very terrible experience about job security. Environment and work life is balanced.
