Company was Good, also the salary as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to work like 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. GL They not wait to improve target.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.

No Job security. They put anyone in PMP or directly lay off them even ur on project and billable. Ur survival in the company depends on if they like you or not. Old folks who are there since years doesn't like you at all. Becoming Indian service company day by day and on decline path. Be ready to work on Old technologies. Only company where people get trophy for playing cricket but no appreciation for your project work. Long work hours and toxic culture in some projects
