Work and environment are good. The company maintains the transparency. The organisation structure is good and you can discuss openly with the management if you see any issues and concerns.

Dislikes

Earlier they used to be pay masters but since last 2 years I don't agree on this and they still can improve on this. Many organization level changes done but I don't think that will help the employees when it comes to the floor.

Timely in and out. No extension of working hours.

...constant, additional responsibilities or efforts less appreciated or recognized. Salary hike is not appropriate with the level of work expected and provided in return.

Company was Good, also the salary as per industry standards.

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to work like 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. GL They not wait to improve target.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.
