Overall experience is good to work with AMDOCS.

Sometimes we fill compensation and benefits are not good for non IT people as compared to IT . I understand CORE IT people deserve more but this gap is huge .

PMP, The way site and offshore communications and handovers, with horizon concept growth is a blunder, salary hike is unsatisfactory, bonus is unsatisfactory, site opportunities are there but expectations to work increases to work 6 days and more than 11 hrs, some managers are devils.

...hnical outlook or limited technical outlook. Extremely bureaucratic environment. Compensation is pretty average unless you consider trips/relocation abroad. Work quality is poor and what makes this bad is that in Pune a lot of maintenance stuff is done for the legacy tools with almost no training. Sharing of knowledge on these legacy products is like sharing your property for most of the leads though some leads are very good.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.

Nothing like as np work life balance is there. Managers and leads are just asking for work whether eng is sick doesnot care

Every manager knows eng salary and bases on that they do their appraisal. No criteria for appraisal each team following different approach. I have been joined a year ago and still giving me explanation that you are not considered in PMP and the one who has got hike in july has got appraisal and bonus both. this is the favouritism going on.
