Learning is very less as the company has lots of tools to do variety of tasks hence you get to learn very less.

I joined Amdocs as my first MNC company. There are many positive aspects to mention, like excellent work environment and trainings and many more.

Dislikes

I worked here for more than 2 years. I was very much comfortable with work environment. They care for employees a lot. It was pretty easy to maintain work-life balance. I can proudly say that once I worked for Amdocs.

Good workspace culture, Nice food, Managers are good except few so you should not be very lucky to get a good manager, Excellent employee benefits, onsite opportunities

No work life balance, not good for female employees who are willing to go on maternity leaves or marriage, good for bachelors who are ready to sleep in amdocs. Few managers sucks. No opportunity for learning emerging technologies. You will be outdated if you stay more tahn 3 years in this company.

Israely people get all lavish treatments while for Indians it's labour company. Hectic work imposed on you and some managers are shit non technical.. they can fire you at any time by putting in PIP.. Amdocs India is third class organization for work life balance and job satisfaction

List is big.... Only good thing is Amdocs outside india
