...s mf called nikhil grpm was the most half assed dimwitted person I've ever seen. he promises you that you won't have to pay any buyout if you wish to resign and then later slaps you with a 30,000 paycheck that you'll have to pay over a duration to extort a relieving letter from his bU!tt. this is the case with most of the managers for CS india/NA/UK,etc. your team leader will keep annoying you if you aren't productive even in graveyard shifts. your health is definitely on stake. DO NOT JOIN VCS IF YOU HAVE FURTHURE EDUCATION PENDING AND HAVE OTHER JOB OPTIONS.. mfs will switch ur routine as they like and will put you through hell by making you answer calls, chats and emails all at once and nobody will appreciate your work. nobody will. period.

-Downgrading of company's services overtime impacting the CS roles. -High or unreal goals. -No work satisfaction. Results are chance & luck based, hence despite giving it your all you might still have bad outcomes from time to time.

...d at resolving customer issues and providing delightful experience to customers. The salary part is good for the qualification they hire for. Good at conducting fun activities to provide refreshments to employees and I like the employees re- hire policy’s and employee recognition.

Dislikes

This company has very good feedback regarding workplace but my experience is not so good. Employees doesn’t get their leaves very easily which they own. Reason is less ManPower. The Job security and growth opportunities are very poor. Less employee benefits, Company has an opportunity to provide more benefits to employees and the work pressure is high.
