Team mates are really awesome. They will always there to support you. Salary is average and the appraisals are good if you are a performer. Work environment is really stressful. The management force people to achieve targets which are practically not possible.

The promotions lies in the hand of Management.They decide whom to promote regardless of he is a performer or not . The management are the owners here. That needs to be rectified.

They will promise you to promote and pay you more and ask you to work on a different job role but will never pay for 12 months or so..this is happening recently not in past....no faith or trust on leadership
