As a 3d artist, amazon is not a great. Mostly we have to do routine work.. There is less chance to learn new skills.

There are so many things i dislikes. So here are few i m mentioning. 1. Politics ( at its hi level ) 2. Manger cheap strategy. ( cheap strategy ). 3. Hiring process. ( Most manager are from different backgrounds ) 4. Very very hard work pressure. 5. Annual increment. 6. Worst Working life balance ( its Norma u can find people working at breakfast, lunch, dinner time at their table. ) 7. Long term ( all your savings u makes because or poor work life balance doctor will charge u for treatment. ) 8. Tracking system on your computer. 9. Upper Management is blind ( they knows the top team performer are physically unhealthy but they appreciate them for doing work by compromising their health. )

Nothing much except package and benefits for employees

Dislikes

Changes in management had made ppl worse, Ppl are hired without the required skill sets. Ppl from Call Center are being hired for HR operations. Employees had good perspective about the company before Covid and but after moving to WFH changed due to hiring unskilled staffs into management and on top work security is very bad.

Good culture and they pay for overtime during peak season

Dislikes

Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.

The environment. What ever happened everybody is treated in a polite way. There is no ways of shouting with unparliamentary words. Leave policy is good.

No promotion will come.low hike percentage. Simply you do more work but no hike will be given. Office politics is huge it's like a sea. For example let's say if a senior ops posting in not required but there is a manager who is so supporting the senior manager means. They will create a new posting and promote this operation manager to senior operations manager. Literally like giving the posting to next next managers who are in line with the senior ops but this kind of sincearity is not there in other job post. There are multiple leadership principles but nobody will follow lets say there is a leadership principle called have backbone disagree and committed. But it's just in paper. Not in action. No work from home option previously there was working from home for 3day and 2 day office. Worst shift timings, multiple shift changes within a year will happen no stability to showcase your talent. So with this your scorecard will go will go down so obviously your coming hike will also go down. No tenuerity based promotion will be given even there are 6years plus people in the same level and 2years level people becoming manager. There is a huge diversity among skin tone colour. Language diversity. This is resulting in war like situation inside office.
