...not promote you from L3 to L4 but give you goal which should have done by an L4. While your pay is L3 and your profile is also L3 you are expected to handle your daily work as well work on those goal also maintains your performance metrics. There will be no support from leadership they will continuous reminder you that you are just an L3. In these days you will be working 12 hrs daily even on weekends still there will no chance that they will promote you.

working in amazon is stress free and as well as it is good in terms of salary. It provides good facilities and comfortable working environment to the employees. There is career growth as well.

Dislikes

There is more politics in amazon as compared to other organization i feel. There is favouritism as well from higher authority. One needs to be part of corporate politics for achieving career growth in shorter time.

the only thing good about this job is that the salary is given to you on time and you can log out whenever your shift ends you don't have to take the work back home which is something good.

...l growth regardless of the amount of time and effort that you put into the work. I've given this company so much they have failed me time and time again if you intend to work here please don't find another role in Amazon in some other org apart from AGI-DS they give you proper appraisals and promotions just not here, if you'd like to ruin your mental health and get a competitive salary where your salary is competing with your bills every month then be our guest and join us here this org will not disappoint you in that case.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.

They are helping by extending the work from home options in this covid 19 times.

... people they like for the higher positions. Talented people will be left behind. They want us to work in different shifts and with different working days, but they dont even increase the pay. There are no appraisala every year.
