Managment syatem is very bad. HR system also not good. Plz ask individual problem. emargency problems not solved. HighParshality, Work purpose salary in not satisfied. No timings, No carring, Company asking 100% work, But salary not satisfied. Asking 12 hours work Salary giving only 8 hours work No timings morning starting time 9:30am Evening leaving time ,7:30 to 10 pm under Branch wise problem not solved. Managment system earing only team leader level. Employee problem not solved. Am struggling 11 years.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that narkets reliable, high quality products. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
