Working with Amazon is great but for carrier growth nd development it's not good

Salary not justify the work..... Some got higher salary nd some got very low.... Even the work pressure is same for both..... So end partiality

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and bonus every year. Companies takes good care of the employees by arranging excursion once in a quarter and providing annual gifts.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but the appraisal and growth is less. Management doesn't address our issues.

Company culture too good and company provides very good salary package for fresher and experienced.

Dislikes

I hate one thing job security. Company hire contractual base employee and did not extend or permanent contract. I am working 6 month in Amazon and I achieved my all goals for every month but company did not permanent my contract and same problem facing others employees.

The benefits and leaves are all satisfactory. Job security is there. Salary given on time.

Dislikes

...the TM's discretion even though we have 40+ leaves per year. Zero career growth. In the name of IJP nothing will be done and salary increment will be 3% which is very less for a billion dollar company. For any medical conditions Medical certificate is not enough, you have to submit your whole medical records and also provide an end date of "when you will be cured"

The work culture is so good and a proper work life balance is there especially working from home provides this feasibility.

Dislikes

I would say that the pay scale is not appreciable and the hikes are also not encouraging for the employee.
