Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing.. Only few benefits are good.

Dislikes

Worst Management.. Too Low Salary.. Poor Appraisal.. High Politics at Mumbai Branch. Okay Work environment, No growth and no work life balance. All process are too lengthy.. Management don't care about their staffs there thinking is like if this staff will leave we'll source another staff. They don't try to retain employees.

It appears that individuals like Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi supported by senior management including javier Laforgue and CEO Luis Maroto, are prioritising personal connections and potential business deals,such as those with Indigo for their own benefit .This focus on personal gain is allegedly causing severe harm to employees, leading to unfair terminations, toxic work culture and hire and fire mentality . Such practices are leaving lasting damage on employees lives and another case like EY might happen if the pattern continues. It will not only tarnish Amadeus reputation but could also raise serious concerns about its ethical practices in India ,warranting immediate review and action.
