Work life balance use to be good. But now with complete hand of operation to Indian management. That only good point is also not there

Dislikes

Indian Management is way worst here, they work very unethically. You can see proper politics and favouritism. Hike is also very less. And management will say something and do something else. There no transparency. They are working on old technology and design so there will be no beneficial learning curve.

We never go out of trend and we get to learn all the upcoming new technologies and nobody is descriminated on the basis of their performance. Everyone gets equal opportunity.

Dislikes

Working hours starts too early which is again a benefit for morning bees. Secondly, it is mandatory to work frim office for atleast 3 days in a week.
