work life balance is good but not much for scope for promotion and they r still using old technologies.

They are not promoting senior people and they do not have good pay structure for inhouse employees and not doing any market standard. Every company have some standard to have promote people but they do not have anything in their structural promotion concept. Lazy people and old technology and old unskilled managers spoiled the environment. Work from home facility is one of the most lie/ false commitment by Amadeus labs. Just they r trying to convince out side candidate to convince.

It appears that individuals like Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi supported by senior management including javier Laforgue and CEO Luis Maroto, are prioritising personal connections and potential business deals,such as those with Indigo for their own benefit .This focus on personal gain is allegedly causing severe harm to employees, leading to unfair terminations, toxic work culture and hire and fire mentality . Such practices are leaving lasting damage on employees lives and another case like EY might happen if the pattern continues. It will not only tarnish Amadeus reputation but could also raise serious concerns about its ethical practices in India ,warranting immediate review and action.

salary package and HR is not taking any interest to keep their employees if they are leaving. Salary difference between two employee with same experience
