...ist bahot ek acchi company hai aur mai new joining kiya hai aur mai fresher hu. Bahot accha support staff hai, timely salary hota hai aur mujhe har month incentive aata hai. Yaha par bahot fast growing hai seriously mujhe bahot accha feel hota hai aur jyada time mai office me rahana pasand karata hu because yaha pe TL, Manager bahot supportive hai. Company ke saare New policy bahot hi acche hai.

...e is good, there no pressure for working.. It's simply best place for working... But the equipment are too old also salary are very less and no benefits... However good thing is all the Managers, TL are associate are supportive to each other.. No negative environment.. Simply best place for fresher to learn about corporate world..

Here at altruist technology there is no work pressure and it is very chill process and you can be eligible for internal promotion within 9 months of your tenurity however, seniors are also very supportive especially Zaved Hussain sir from consumer durable LOB.

Dislikes

The salary which they give to every individual including experience holder is only 12600/- in hand and there is no increment in your overall tenurity though it be 6 months or 2 years and above. However, if you get promoted from your designation post probation period of 3 months it will be 14600/- and not more then that. And there is no double pay or anything like that for working on national holiday and so dislike other companies.

...ything culture and teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. Company policies are very good, and more importantly they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year

...within the different processes. No motivation or RNR happening on monthly basis. Mostly the salary concern.
