the company is doing good by providing salaries, and the most important thing in this lockdown was job security even in such a Pendamaic situation we got proper job security so that's the positive aspect.

Dislikes

there are many things to dislike like salary which never credited on time even management sometimes assure us but it has low possibility to be resolved . lots of time it is observed that managers don't respond to the associate's problems even it is important, one of the manager was found stating that " I don't have any time to speak with you" . this company changes it's policies at any time without any prior info . that's why I m rating poor as my review. thank you

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

Everything ... nothing is good .....no commitments and salary issue...they can't help in any situation and they act like they are all in all... specially the manager of Hindi pod is not good at all ....he don't know anything ....only he knows to shout and he can't even understand Hindi properly and he will not listen employees concern
