... Organisation. Due to COVID I haven’t seen any appraisal for almost 1.5 Years. All I got from ATPL was 80% Salary while I was Working from Home despite Working for 10 - 12 hrs. After 2.5 Years I got an appraisal letter with 2% hike after struggling for 8 more months. Team Lead package would be around 12.5K Advisor package is around 13.5K Advisor will get more salary compare to team lead. Apart from Work load and stress U would not get any benefit trust me.

Dislikes

I don’t like anything First of all. They would only Focus on increasing GM. They don’t care about employee and client satisfaction. Better stay without Job at least U will have peace of Mind.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not that transparent

While hiring please make sure complete information is shared to candidate. Interms of salary there are dissatisfaction.

Below several points which are I dislike most. 1- Company culture is very bad, they never take any decision in favour of employees. 2- Mostly engaging employee in irrelevant domain. 3- Less annual hike, and they hold 50% of hike ammount and asked for release after completing 1 year. 4- office politics. 5- Whenever you resign from the company they will impose unnecessary deduction, and force to pay in advance. Admin take money from UPI and then clear F&F. 6- hidden policies, which arise Whenever they want. Which never mentioned in your appointment letter.
