I think the management doesn't know to value their employees they just running business only for profit and they believe that even if employees are laid off they expect profits makes rest employees strech and make them work more and paid less worst culture.

People in altruist were too good and helped whenever I ask for a doubt, it was safe working in altruist, the floor and the whole office was a safer place all the female employees

No Words to excess about my previous Organisation. Due to COVID I haven’t seen any appraisal for almost 1.5 Years. All I got from ATPL was 80% Salary while I was Working from Home despite Working for 10 - 12 hrs. After 2.5 Years I got an appraisal letter with 2% hike after struggling for 8 more months. Team Lead package would be around 12.5K Advisor package is around 13.5K Advisor will get more salary compare to team lead. Nothing company is very bad manager and team leader also very bad they didn't support me this company don't have elegiblity to pay the Salry.... And after living this job I didn't get my setlment after 6months struggle I got my setlment and they didn't give my Releaving letter till now.. I will die without eating food but I will never ever go this company for job..
