This company has ZERO work ethics and more concerned with saving money out of it's employees salary. Delayed FnF as well as reduced payment. The HR of the organisation make commitments which they cannot hold. Vague policy is in place which is hardly followed. Higher management is trying to save money like a local LALA shop. Hierarchy doesn't exist here, incompetent HR being placed (or to say part time HR part time Admin) with zero experience. Worst organisation I have ever worked in my entire career. Advice to Management Do learn to stand by your commitments and if you can't, don't commit atleast.

Salary on time if you submit client timesheet within the submission time period.

Think twice before joining this company. 1. You won't get official email id from Altezzasys if you work for any client project and you will be marked as External employee....Admin, HR and PM teams only marked as internal employees. 2. There is no chat boxes like skype or MS Teams to connect with people. You have to use your Gmail account or call on mobile if you need any help from HR or Admin teams. 3. Very delay responses from HR and Administration teams if required any help. 4. If client removes from project or project completed then automatically your Exit process will be initiated from Altezzasys also without any prior notice (even for permanent employee of Altezza), they will force you to complete the Exit formalities.

You will get a lot of learning here with lot of corporate politics.

They set unrealistic targets, put a lot of work pressure on you, and deduct a part of your salary every month because you can't meet those targets.

Don't join this organisation they don't pay you in time they are totally depends on clients money Hire and fire policy Just take the offer letter and go for another opportunity Not sure how they calculate taxes and all

After you resign, you've to wait almost 3 months to get your salary and all dues. But they only give salary to me, not all the dues pending including 2000 rupees shipping charge to send laptop back with insurance
