...7 in Allied Digital as a Customer Support Engineer. It was horrible journey i.e. not get salary hike nor position upgrade. Lot of struggling to get leaves as Allied having lot of customers and you need to work there as a vendor. Not getting site where I can get change to improve my knowledge. Nothing to like in this company. Finally in 2012 I got frustrate and leave this company without job.

Hello , All people are cooperative and support for your work when you are fresher's they welcome and guide properly. As I am worked with 1year and 7 month that my duration. I learned a lot of things from the organization company policy work environment and other all over experience is good. Thank you Allied for giving me opportunity to work with us.

Compensation is low and growth is very slow.

...ever company I have worked with. The management is totally useless and hopeless. No Salary untill it gets cleared from the customer end. Lot of politics. Mental harrassment and no work life balance.

You can enhance your skills working with ADSL Low chance to promote salary incriment twice in a year.

No job security, after resignation conpany will not pay your all the money easily, Tha management team is so week. And the notice period for employees is 90days but if the company want to kick you then they inform you before 5 to 10 days And suddenly you will be job less, After your best performance in your field If you performance is bad than you can survive in ADSL.
