...hat are unknown of these facts, or might be they are also of that same thoughts. Managers of having a 15-20-25 lacs package are so greddy and so inhuman they make their junior earning 30-35k bear his all expenses, company provides each and every ranked officer with DA and TA but these seniors expect the juniors should bear all the expenses of these seniors. And the juniors have to do it, to keep their job going. Or else job termination threats are their. Each and every month end there are threats regarding achievement of but if you don't you will be terminated. Never thought this could be the culture. Of Alkem. Will leave this political party soon. Since there is each and every thing except work.

No work life balance, nothing to learn except trading of goods from your pocket, No corporate culture, local management is whole sole authority for anything, tremendous sales pressure, heavy adjustment even person sacrifice their salary too.

Incentive deducted if stockist 1day late from from outstanding date, company got got full payment 1day later, but all quater hardwork of sale employee will waste in terms of incentive, so i request to you please look in to this matter,

...office staff allowed, Alkem has allowed only those who have their own vehicle. We are receiving our Salary as we used to get it. No doubt that ALKEM is great place to work.

This is a big name in India and you get easily accepted by the customers, they also take care of their employee if not the best then definitely better than many other indian house.

the compensation benefits and working comfort is little compromised. the mid year KRA was done but it went without working out to be real feedback system,
