...al level staff is too good. Company policy is good. Increment level is too good. Given best salary hike and yearly bonus.

Dislikes

No growth and promotion. They avoiding the warehouse worker staff . They not appreciate. They did not highlight the warehouse worker talent for promotion. Work on single or lower position more than 5 years. Only the relatives of the person who working in the head office or their acquaintances who have started working there are getting better promotion as well as increment also. that is true fact. because of this there is a lot of politics.

...ing the working skill based unfair appraisal policy disappoint the effectionate. Bonus or exgratia are as per govt norms.

Dislikes

There is a lot of individual dominated policies implemented which is of Lack of professionalism & does not have Practical approach towards facts & figures. Serving for professional with fair practices is quite terrible. There is no induction training towards Responsibility & Authorities.

HR has no domination. Management dose the dictatorship with employees No job sequrity for those who wants to stay with alkem.

... for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already. Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups. Team:- Team members have not even talk in a month if a person is looking plant individually Politics:- Is extremely on it’s peak with sweet poison

... stop to take you instead they will say auto pakad ke ajao even for night shift. And you won't be able to find out why you are getting low salary even if you worked whole month without taking leave i don't know about other plants but don't come to amaliya dama plant these people are bunch of illiterate. They don't have a working culture worst than a domestic company.
