Compensation is excellent, but growth is very slow. No value of hardworking and work pressure is no.inal.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...s in fact working better for the growth of an individual as a design engineer. bonus is a good amount though it is negligible compared to the main office (Riyad) counter parts.

Even after 15-16 years of working you would be sitting in the same chair and doing the same things. Growth in position is zero here. peanuts will be received as increments every year. Even though huge work is pulled out from Indian supporting branch, the credits, projection and the huge monitory benefits go only to the Saudi (Riyad) counter parts, All thanks to the middle management who is playing their cards intelligently to pull the maximum benefits only towards them even by extreme crooked office politics.
