It was good to work on R&D projects from scratch to learn a complete life cycle which is a rare opportunity in any big company. Dislikes

Even after 15-16 years of working you would be sitting in the same chair and doing the same things. Growth in position is zero here. peanuts will be received as increments every year. Even though huge work is pulled out from Indian supporting branch, the credits, projection and the huge monitory benefits go only to the Saudi (Riyad)counter parts, All thanks to the middle management who is playing their cards intelligently to pull the maximum benefits only towards them even by extreme crooked office politics....Read More
