...s in fact working better for the growth of an individual as a design engineer.
bonus is a good amount though it is negligible compared to the main office (Riyad) counter parts.
Even after 15-16 years of working you would be sitting in the same chair and doing the same things.
Growth in position is zero here. peanuts will be received as increments every year.
Even though huge work is pulled out from Indian supporting branch, the credits, projection and the huge monitory benefits go only to the Saudi (Riyad) counter parts, All thanks to the middle management who is playing their cards intelligently to pull the maximum benefits only towards them even by extreme crooked office politics.

Every time management change rule for worker. Insensitive and bonus not given by the company. Unnecessary work given to the worker just like company overhead sheet cleaning. Every time shop floor painting etc. No increment given by the company every year.After 2 to 3 years work in the company if management like to give increment then give this is not a constant increment. Increment is variable person to person.The increment give by own department engineer and manager hand if like the person then give good increment if not like no increment not see any skill or performance. Every year not given uniform if give only two uniform is given and one safety shoes how to manege two uniform and one shoes spent for one year.
management rules is changes every time for worker. No free facility to any complain or any suggestion for given by worker.If any complain or argument to any employee next day your termination is compulsory.Worker free field is not in the company.worker is afraid to the management and company staff.
