No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. 1)Not enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 2)Parking is a problem at the Vizag office, making parking tough. 3)Sometimes the work gets busy during certain releases and gets a bit stressful. 4)Limited remote work opportunities make it challenging to achieve a flexible work-life balance. 5)Drinking water facility is also a problem, affecting accessibility for employees

No ontime salary. Stressful work environment. There is no company culture. This is not a employee friendly organisation. They don't care about employees. Sudden layoff anytime No flexible working hours,we have to stay inside office for 8hrs. Which creates more stress. Micromanagement to the core.
