Production is a joke here. Interns and 7 months freshers have access to production accounts and data. No WFH in an IT department, in an IT department. Whole company has wfh, even managers have wfh but people who deserve the most have to come to office. Although if you are working late or are ill and if you beg over email they might consider wfh but only if you are on senior level. No respect for employees.

Agile environment, because of startup. So one can always learn anything they want and wish for by themselves. There is no blocker in learning what's happening around you and in other departments.
