WLB is poor. Work is totally out dated. Career growth is negligible. Pay is laughable. Management is oblivious and arrogant. Managers are non-technical. HR's are arrogant and bears grudge against employees. People are untrained and lack skill. Company policies are not employee friendly and profit-oriented. Work culture is characterized by back-stabbing. Job security is non-existent. Politics is dominant. Yes boss culture is rampant. Hikes are less than inflation if not 0. Skill people are degraded by fellow members. Please work on these things.
