Airbus India goes for a mass recruitment in some B.Tech colleges. That needs to be reduced to some extent to maintain it's prestigious value.

Hourly rate what Airbus India used to charge to Airbus Europe is reduced to 27$ in 2022 from 46$ in 2017. As a result low quality bulk work will be pushed to India since labours are available at cheaper rate but the employees cannot be provided good growth. Recently the number of employees are almost doubled since last 3 years because of this mindset. Everything boils down to weak leadership. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
