No growth, its a retirement company, still running legacy software and no learning opportunities for anyone. If you just wanna chill with laid back culture, then you can definitely join the company. Manager micromanage non technical activities, they expect you to make process improvement within 6 months of joining. Communications are not clear. Expectations aren't set directly in one one meeting. No hybrid for newly joined people come to office all 5 days to be seen by manager.

- There was a complete misalignment of what I was doing in my earlier company & what I was asked to. - Acute work politics. - Groupism - Doing mudane non work related activities to keep good rapport with leadership for better visibility (organizing picnics, pulling up employee survey, filling up antique sheets that solves no practical purpose) Except work anything that can be done to further one's career is acceptable. - Such culture is more concentrated in India. - It was big blunder to join such an organisation....Read More

Airbus is a great company to work for. Good employee centric policies. But unfortunately that is not true for the India Center

Dislikes

The India Center is actually run in a very unstructured manner. Highly politicised environment. You don’t need to have any skills for many roles. You just need to have close relationships with seniors. Nobody cares what you know as long as you know key people. And if you get close to an expat, you will do great in the company.
